As a DHL GoGreen Plus partner, we ship every order with reduced environmental impact, using sustainable aviation fuel that cuts CO₂ emissions directly at the source through certified carbon insetting.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Partner brands and opticians prepare and hand over the order within this window.

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

• Italy: 1 to 5 business days

• EU: 3 to 7 business days

• UK / Switzerland: 3 to 7 business days

• US / Canada: 3 to 7 business days

• International Shipment: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local delays.

Free Shipping Thresholds

• €250 for Italy

• €300 within the European Union

• €300 for the United States and Canada

• €350 for the United Kingdom and Switzerland

• €450 for All other international Shipments

Duties & Taxes

EU: VAT included at checkout.

Non-EU: Duties and taxes may apply, collected by DHL at delivery.

We do not provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
